Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Report directly to General Manager and Company Owner on a daily or as needed basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
- Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including rental and sales volume, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, promoting business development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a branch manager or similar position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementing business strategies
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Ability to manage and drive revenue growth
